I wound up returning the chair. It was so uncomfortable. Staples was great about the return though.

Chairs are comfortable and offer good support. Being able to raise and lower the Lima support as well as the arm rests is a big plus.

This chair really fits my back when I am at my desk. I am very happy with this chair. We need to tighten the arm rests otherwise it is well worth the money.
