Very sturdy chair roomy but not bulky. The back can be adjusted to any angle and then made to stay there or you can unlock it and tighten the tension to let the back move to a point as you lean into it. The seat doesn't rock like some chairs but I prefer that. The seat and armrests both have a good range of possible heights too. I love how solid this chair feels to sit in it moves easily but only when I want it to. If you like to rock in your chair then look elsewhere but if you like a chair that stays level as you shift about I can highly recommend this one.

The handle for tilt shows back and seat tilt. When you engage the tilt option only the back tilts. Seat remains stationary.

I tried every chair in the store before deciding on this one. I was able to leave off the arms because of where I use it. The only problem was inserting the casters. I called the Help line and received suggestions that didn't really work. However I found that by rotating the caster slightly and pushing a few times it would slip in.
