I loved it in the store and I am glad I got the LAST blue one in stock since I didn't want FUCHSIA and black was sold out. It was a bit harder to put together than I expected and part of that was ME trying to attach the seat to the column that was on the pedestal; once I figured out what the grooves were for it slid right into place and the screws were easy to fit into the holes and turn to tighten everything in place. The adjustable lumbar support is very special making it a lot easier for me to sit for longer periods of time. All in all the best chair I have EVER bought from STAPLES!

As other have noted this chair is easy to assemble and the instructions are quite clear. It is useful to follow the step by step in the instructions and not try to do things out of order. The chair's numerous adjustments translate into a chair that adjusts to the person using the chair "it contours to my contours." A good buy a quality chair at a reasonable price.
