Great chair but...

I purchased this chair almost two weeks ago and, when I opened the box to assemble it, there were four screws missing. This required a trip to the hardware store to locate replacements. The manufacturer should have done a better job of checking that all necessary hardware was included. Otherwise, the chair is comfortable, and I hope it will last a long time.

Relatively easy to put together. Nice assembly kit - even the screws are color coded. Just take your time and follow the instructions. And the chair has a lot of adjustments, so it is comfortable for a wide range of body types.
