Comfortable. Looks great in the home office. So far I haven't added the arms and it's fine.

My wife is 5 feet tall and needed a chair with a shorter seat to get back support. The lumbar feature feels great to her. Also her feet touch the floor. It was easy to assemble.

Chair was comfortable but I have a bad back. Once I set the Lumbar Support and it got comfortable it would slip down. Returned it and bought another Chair with a better Lumbar Support.
