The chair was very easy to put together. It has a great lumbar support whichI have not had in previous chairs. It sits very comfortably. I am very pleased that I purchased it. As with other chairs I have purchased I do not attach the arm rests they just get in the way.

Assembly took 20-30 minutes and was very easy all tools included. The chair is very tall in it's highest position which I love. After a week I purchased another one for work.
