I got this chair assembled in about 15 minutes with the single tool they provided. The locking lever is strong and substantial. The mesh is supportive but breathable. The range of height is enough that I could sit at a variety of surfaces. The wheels roll smoothly across my carpet. Great chair!

The bonded leather on my last chair was flaking off badly and looked awful. So I bought this mesh chair thinking that it's cheaper than real leather and cooler to sit on than cushioned seats. However after using the chair awhile I find that it's hard and not as comfortable as padded chairs but a bit more comfortable than a wood chair. I might try to get some kind of padding to put on the seat and back. Also the belt on my pants scrapes loudly on the mesh back when I sit down so I try to sit down in a way to avoid that from happening. I think the chair is constructed well and Its easy to assemble if you follow the instructions carefully.
