Seemed very comfortable in the store and I loved the lumbar support and variety of adjustments. However at home over time found I didn't care for it much. My wife liked it sat in it a fair amount. Tried it again and it seemed better. Needs time to "soften up"? Bottom still hard and I tried a few different cushions to see how it felt. Still not sure how I feel about it but she likes it so it's a keeper. I got it on sale $50 off which made it a much better value. I tried some other chairs which all vary in comfort level. Be aware you have 15 days to return chairs.
