Mesh Staples Do Not Hold

We have had the chairs a little over two months. Almost immediately staples started popping out. I am not anywhere near the 250lb limit. Two of our chairs out of four so far are falling apart. I keep hear staples hit the floor.

I went to the store top buy this chair you where out in the store but then I found out from Your customer service I could buy it on line and it was 20.00 cheaper. The representative ordered for more and it was delivered the next morning no extra charge. The chair is excellent lots of moveable options.
