The instructions for this chair rated the assembly as "easy". However I struggled to get the casters on the base. Perhaps I'm just not strong enough but I had to google "desk chair assembly" before I realized you really have to smack the casters in. Once I got past that the chair went together easily. I'm happy with the chair it looks nice & is functional & is very comfortable on my lower back.

This chair delivers almost all of what I want - mesh so it’s not too hot sitting there for a long time and also doesn’t shrink. The adjustable height is good. I just wish the arm rests came up and down and twisted. Alas I’d buy this again.

I really like this office chair. It's a very comfortable chair for me as I have chronic mid-back pain. It offers the support I need while typing in my office. It adjusts to fit me as needed. The young man who assembled it at Staples was very nice and helpful.

We have a tight office space I like the arms are adjustable so this new chair fits under my desk when not in use. It's very firm but since it's made of mesh material it keeps you comfortable and cool not hot or sweaty. Seems sturdy enough but time will tell. Got it on sale deep discount so not to worried - paper work says it comes with a 7 year warranty - keep your receipt. If you need a firm space saving chair that keeps you cool give this one a try.
