My chair began creaking with an ungodly noise after the first week of use. By the 26th day of owning the chair the threading began to separate from the seat where it is woven into the side. It is no longer eligible for return as it has exceeded the 14-day mark but this is not a product I am happy with having paid nearly $200 for. I am currently waiting on the manager from the local store to call me back to see if anything can be done because setting a 14-day limit on products that will become defective just after that time frame is a scam.

I was going to order an online recommendation for another desk chair and my husband suggested that we go to the Staples store and see what they offered. I was able to sit in at least half a dozen office chairs whose look I liked. Looks can be deceiving! Once I sat in the Union & Scale FlexFit™ Kroy Mesh Task Chair Black (UN59456) I was done shopping! I've used this chair in my home office for a couple of weeks now and still love it; it's supportive and comfortable and adjustable. I did choose not to attach the arms so it fits better at my desk. A great purchase!

The chair was really comfortable for about 3-4 weeks. Then it started making noises losing the seat settings and then it fell apart. The plastic piece under the seat broke into pieces. It wasn't used hard and none of the users exceeded the weight limit. So proceed carefully. It's too bad; it was a comfortable chair.
