This chair is light and not like most bulky chairs. It has great support in the seat and back/lumbar. Roomy in the seat. It also let's you adjust it to be straight up or lean back so fast that you fall out. Very pleased with the purchase.
After spending over an hour testing all of the chairs in the store my wife and I found this one to be the best. It is very comfortable work chair with a well padded firm seat. Some chairs were more comfortable when reclining back in them but the fact is for us we sit upright leaning forward while working. There is an adjustable lumbar section which offers great lower back support. Chairs we had purchased in the past with imitation leather arms wore out extremely quick and looked bad just after several months. There were some on display in the store that the stitching was coming undone!! The arms on this chair are are what I would call thick soft vinyl rubber like material and adjustable. The mesh seat and back keep you cool during long periods of sitting. One thing is if you are a large person this chair may be too small for you. I weigh 190 and am 5'10". When sitting upright my lower back is right up against the lumbar section which is great but a big boy may feel pushed too far forward. Over all they are just what we wanted and expect them to last a long time. There were other much less expensive chairs to choose from. Don't cheese out trying to save a few bucks on something that you will spend a good part of your day sitting in that will not last very long. You get what you pay for.
I am a fly fisherman and tie my own flies. I spend a couple hours almost daily at my fly tying desk. This chair is absolutely perfect for my needs. COMFORTABLE !!! It adjusts to my needs (specifically height) as I tie different flies and after two or three hours I do not feel the least bit tired or uncomfortable. A great product at a great price! I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and adjustability not just for tying flies but for office work at home as well.
