I needed a chair high enough for my computer setup. I should have had Staples assemble the chair since I had some difficulties getting it to work after putting everything together. I returned the chair to the store and they fixed the problem. Chair is comfortable and can be set high enough for my purposes. Price reasonable.

Would buy this again. Nice solid chair for a larger person. I'm using it now. Love the lumbar support. Instruction for assembly and parts were all easy to find and work out. The only fault was the box was kind of crushed and parts were sticking out of the cardboard. There was some scuffing but in all fairness I'm rough on furniture.
