On the plus side assembly was easy the chair is light and has plenty of adjustments. On the minus side that darn lumbar support which slides up and down hits me in the worst possible spot and does not adjust high enough to get it into the right place - especially because it slips down every time I sit in the chair. As a result I had to tie-wrapped the device so it doesn't move and to help center it in the small of my back. It may be a structural element of the chair but it would be such an improvement if it could just be removed entirely.

The seat is tilted slightly back putting pressure on the back of my legs and my legs went to sleep. I returned it. FYI the seat was all the way forward.
