So far so good. Staples die a great job getting the chair shipped to us because this store was out of stock. Had a similar chair from another company but the fake leather arm rests developed cracking and looked horrible. This new chair has solid composite arm rests. Might not be quite as comfortable but should last longer. I should have had it shipped to store so they would put it together. The job required a little more effort thanI expected but works fine when completed.

I have lower back pain issues and need good lumbar support. This was the most supportive AND comfortable chair of all the ones I tested. I needed one that was small enough to fit a temporary setup too -- I didn't want a large "executive" chair. Again this fit the bill perfectly. Easy to roll on as well.

I bought this for my home office. I'm very pleased. It was easy to put together I literally had it together in less than 10 minutes. It's very comfortable. I really like the mesh back and bottom it keeps me cool and comfortable. It appears to be a very good quality chair
