This is one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in. The mesh seat and back keep you cool. The lumbar support is just right and vertically adjustable. Love this chair!

The lumbar support is hard solid piece of plastic. Very uncomfortable. It was not designed to be be easily removed but I was able to get it off with a short screwdriver. Now a decent chair for the price.

Chair isn't comfortable. I can't return it because my co-workers got rid of the box when I was out. The back is too stiff and the seat doesn't hold when I raise it up.

I like the chair and it seems comfortable. It's just taking me time to adjust it after sitting a different chair for 10 years. I like the mesh seating to keep cool and the lumbar adjustment is average. Easy to adjust height arm rests and lumbar support. Overall I believe this chair will serve me well.
