The directions in English were missing a few steps and a few of the holes did not align at all (chair back to seat). But once assembled adjusting for a person was simple.

Not sure I put it together right. The back does not bend. It is comfortable.

My chair is not as low as the one I tried in the store. Even at the lowest setting it is too tall and i am 6'. Never had this problem.
