For the money (you aren’t paying $500 here) - this is a very comfortable chair that is made very well and was easy to assemble (with a little patience because some of the angles for using the Allen wrench are a little tight). The back support is excellent and the adjustments are great. My only “complaint” is that the lever to raise and lower the chair (something I use a lot) are at a slightly awkward angle back to the right. It’s a bit of an unnatural reach but not the end of the world. Oh and if you’re an office chair shopper that’s never had a “mesh” chair don’t waste time thinking about it. There’s no going back to a cushion after mesh. :-)

Landed on this chair after trying several different models in store. This one is perfect for me it provides a lot of tension in the back and keeps me upright. You can adjust that if need be though. The quality is great and the warranty is 7 years! My only gripe as some others have mentioned is the chair sometimes slightly rocks forward when seated. It's not something I notice unless I'm paying attention and it doesn't bother me and I would buy this chair again if I had to but just something to point out if you're OCD like me. I think this has to do with how you place the seat on the base wheel during initial construction. Overall 5/5 and would highly recommend.

This chair has been the best for me yet compared to the more expensive models this chair is just as good if not more comfortable. Just a bit pricey for a plastic and mesh chair but well worth it in this reporters opinion.

We love the chairs. They make you upright in the chair which is great for your back and legs. I love the way the mess seat feels and how your arms sits on the arm rest There are many ways to adjuct the chair for more comfort. We hope they hold up over time it not was purchased a warranty which will allow us to replace the chairs.
