While the sample in the showroom was comfortable the finished product in the home office was not. I attribute this to the poor documentation. The installation instructions were essentially non-existant just a few picture. As for any details on adjusting the chair except for the self-evident lever to adjust the height they don't exist. My advice unless you already own one look at something else.

Got rid of the clunky uncomfortable chair I was using and now my back is properly supported as are my arms. Easy to assemble. Great value.

I was looking for a good office chair for work. I sit at the desk almost 6-7 hrs a day and decided to look for a comfortable chair. After sampling several of the highly padded chairs I was getting discouraged not finding one I was willing to buy. Came across the Staples Kroy Mesh Task Chair Black (50233-CC) and was amazed by the comfort and the reasonable pricing. Staples came through for me again.

This chair is so comfortable that I was able to work double the hours before I felt like I needed a break. Assembly took four hands so it was good that I asked my cousin to help. The only tool required is a provided allen wrench.

I ordered 10 chairs for my office. They went together easy and look to be quality made. I like them so much I'm going to order another six.
