Kroy is a good chair can sit in it for a long while without any discomfort. Rolls around quite easily. Very adjustable depending on sitting needs at the moment. On sale at the time it was a great buy. Glad I purchased it. You can leave the arms off if you prefer as I did. Totally satisfied.

This chair is a good device. Height adjustment is fine as is comfort. However next time I purchase anything like this I will probably have Staples assemble it for me Although the assembly steps were quite simple turning the partially assembled chair over several times was a bit difficult for an 88-year old man. Nevertheless this chair is a good buy!

While the sample in the showroom was comfortable the finished product in the home office was not. I attribute this to the poor documentation. The installation instructions were essentially non-existant just a few picture. As for any details on adjusting the chair except for the self-evident lever to adjust the height they don't exist. My advice unless you already own one look at something else.
