I bought the chair for my wife. I thought we had a comfortable office chair before this purchase but I was wrong. This chair is by far the most comfortable and best postured chair we have ever had.

Assembly directions were difficult to understand. Parts were mislabeled. One of the screw holes was misdrilled the screw wouldn't go in at all.
