When I purchased this chair in the store I was doing so for a Work From Home situation due to things being shut down for the Corona Virus. My job requires 11 hour shifts sitting at a computer so I was willing to spend more than $20 on a chair with the hope that I was going to be comfortable for the entire shift. The staples that hold the netting for the seat in place have started to pop out. Initially it was just one now 4-5 are coming up and I'm pushing them back down whenver I get out of the chair. I am extremely gentle with my chair as it is an important part of my work. I would not purchase this type (netting on the bottom) and doubt whether I would purchase this brand again.

Very easy to put together once you receive it packed nicely in a fairly large well sealed box. The chair is in three main pieces and are snug in the box which prevents the product from sustaining any shipping damage. The chair itself once rolled up next to the desk is adjustable for the best height for you ad your stature. The seat itself is nice but if sitting for long period of time I do add a small seat cushion for extra comfort. Priced right

I love the chair. We did have to bring the pieces back to Staples to complete the assembly. Get tips before leaving the store… still the customer service at Staples was excellent the chair is perfect comfortable and has terrific lower back support.

This chair is comfortable working all day. It has more ways to adjust than just height. My desk is too high but i can still sit with my feet on the floor because the arms adjust so that my arms/wrists are the right position for computer work. Rolls well too. I had it put together at the store.

I have a bad lower back and sitting for more than 45 minutes in my old chair absolutely killed me. I can sit in this chair all day long and have no back neck leg or foot pain. Doesn’t cost a lot but worth more than every penny. I highly recommend it to anybody who can’t handle sitting for very long
