Given the title my standard has a really low bar. Even so I have nothing but good things to say about this office chair. It was easy to assemble enough adjustments visually pleasing very solid and firm and silent (compared to my old chair. You can't really go wrong with this one if you're upgrading from an old chair. If it's a first time purchasing a chair I think it's worth the cost ( I admit that I did get this at a discount during a sale).

I wouldn't have ordered this chair had I known we'd have to assemble it. There is a part connecting the stem to the wheel branches that looks like a little black crown- this part is not included in the instructions and if you don't notice it at the beginning it will be leftover at the end with no way of disassembling the chair to stick it in there.

Easy to assemble and made with exceptional quality. Very sturdy and comfortable. I love the range of adjustments for my arms and chair height as well as having the ability to tilt!! I highly recommend this chair!!!
