Before I bought this chair I tried three other brands that were far more expensive yet ended up being far more uncomfortable. This chair has wonderful back support and while it may not be fancy it's quite functional and surprisingly comfortable. It's also affordable. I can't predict how long it will last but thus far it seems well-made and it is really good on my back. Glad I bought it!

Chair seems good. Setup instructions could have been a bit more precise. Arm rests are a bit wobbly but after using them a few days it seems to be a good thing.

I couldn’t use chair in way I thought I would so returned it within 14 days and they refunded me full amount with graciousness and smile. Couldn’t be happier. Chair itself was fine. Just hadn’t thought thru how I was planning on using it would hurt my back.
