This is a very good chair for the price. It’s sturdy has good lumbar support and is comfortable for sitting in all day as an office/work chair. Note — it is delivered in a box and you have to put it together. It came with the tools and the instructions were clear and concise.

After trying numerous office chairs that were so expensive or uncomfortable I had been using a hard seated kitchen chair for years. My 'birthday' chair is so comfortable with great back support and just a bit of give on the seating. The back can be tilted including an up and down adjustment. The arms are removable with no holes discernible. The mesh keeps the back and seat cool. The chair is rated for a 5-10 hours of sitting...that has NOT been tested! Also the price was very reasonable for the quality of the chair.
