I haven't had this chair very long so durability/longevity will remain to be seen. Big plus - VERY easy to assemble and the hardware and instructions are marked very clearly. I had this assembled in maybe 15 minutes. This has all of the features that I need in an office chair such as swivel tilt back arm adjustment and height adjustment. I would give this a 5 star rating except that the lowest setting sits up a little too high. I am 5'10" and my feet just barely sit flat on the ground at the lowest setting. My wife is 5'1" and her legs dangle at the lowest setting which is not very ergonomic. If it could sit just a bit lower they would have a home run with this one. I really like the web mesh design which is comfortable. I previously had one with the faux leather which started flaking off after a few years. Consider the low setting if that applies to you otherwise this is an excellent choice.
