The chair is awful. Am returning it right away. The arms are hard & cheap plastic. The seat is too short lengthwise so it is uncomfortable to sit on for longer than a few minutes. My back aches worse in this then the one I am replacing!

The seating cushion is made with good quality material. Lumbar support is fine. Hight & Tilt adjustments are fine too. The only small drawback is the seating width might feel smaller for big guys. But I am an average size person so I have no issues in sitting and getting up. Overall a nice office chair.

I ordered this thinking it would be the same mesh on the seat as on the back of the chair (as a previous chair I had ordered had). It doesn't the seat is what you'd expect an office chair to be like. With that said it is comfortable and you can adjust the angle as well as the height. Solid chair which is what I'd expect from Staples.
