I ordered this chair for my son for college and he decided it would be to big for his room. He has a similar chair at home that came from Staples and he likes it. Unfortunately we missed the short window to return it by a few days due to waiting till he went back to school. Unopened box and loyal customer for over 15 years. Very disappointing and will certainly make a difference in choosing where to purchase gifts in the future.

So far so good. Staples die a great job getting the chair shipped to us because this store was out of stock. Had a similar chair from another company but the fake leather arm rests developed cracking and looked horrible. This new chair has solid composite arm rests. Might not be quite as comfortable but should last longer. I should have had it shipped to store so they would put it together. The job required a little more effort thanI expected but works fine when completed.
