I’ve used the chair for just a week. But so far it meets every expectation. It took me awhile to understand the lever under the seat to the left. In case anyone else is confused it is for the flexibility of the seat back. In the up position you can lean back or sit upright and the chair back responds to your posture. In the down position the back is upright and rigid. I’ll use this chair for 6-8 hours most days. I’m confident it will continue to be comfortable going forward.

The original chair was ordered

The original chair was ordered in Baltimore Maryland to be sent to West Virginia. The wrong chair was delivered. Not by the salesman but by the warehouse. We then had to personally take it back to the store where they were able to give us the right chair. However now that I have the right chair it is really comfortable.
