The chair was relatively easy to put together. It took under 30 minutes. It is a solid made chair. It looks good. It gives a lot of support. Since working at home all day now I have not had a backache once. It is not the type of chair to lounge in like my old chair. It forces you to sit properly since the seat is not that long from front to back. At first I didn't like that but now I see it is great for posture.

the mesh started to separate an pull away from where it goes into the plastic base. I was able to push it back in only to have it come out again. I then applied some Gorilla Glue pushed it back in and it has held for a little over a week. I think it'll be ok. I'm just a little disappointed. I must add the customer service at the time of purchase in the Woburn MA store is outstanding!

The chair is so comfortable. I got this because it is mess. My cats deleathered my old chair and it was horrible. This chair should survive my cats
