I am very happy with the comfort and look of this chair. I had difficulty pressing the castors into place. I ended up calling customer support who instructed me to take the base and castors to the store and ask for help. A very nice young man was able to pop them into place for me.

Chose this Staples chair as it had more seat cushion that better protected my bony rear than others but it is barely marginal so after some use I expect the pad to be less comfortable. Problem: seat pneumatic loses air overnight sometimes so some days have to raise it again. Annoying. Otherwise comfortable for the price I work ar home as remote IT so this chair will get a lot of use and wear hope it holds up.

I purchased the Kroy blue back chair because it had a thick cushion seat arms were adjustable & seat could be raised high. Also has a back slider that can be raised for back support. It’s good quality comfortable & it makes working from home easy. I highly recommend. Only the blue back has the Fabric cushion. The black does not

The chair is a very comfortable addition to any home office. It's pretty easy to assemble (maybe 1 hour?) It's very comfortable and moves around pretty easily. It also has great easy to use adjustments for height and the movement of the upright part of the back of the chair. I looked at many others that were a lot more expsneive and settled on this one ... and I'm pretty happy.
