Chair tilt does not work

The chair tilt feature does not work. After adjusting both ways (stiff and lose) the darn chair will not tilt. Since I can not go back to store (due to limited flexibility) and I do not use the tilt feature I will live with the problem. Otherwise the chair is not too bad.

Perfect size chair for my small home office. So far I’m very happy with it. I put a thin cushion on the seat to help reduce wear and hopefully extend the life of the mesh. I don’t know if it was necessary or not but just being proactive for this comfortable chair.
