I love my chair! Assembly was easy and fast. The wheels are quiet rollers and I am enjoying the arm rests position changes and back tilt option. I love the fact that it meets California's standards concerning cancer causing materials. As far as I am concern I took a chance ordering this item without the benefit of having an in-store experience and I consider myself a winner!
