Great service. Polite knowledgeable and very helpful. Sales as well as manager went above and beyond the call of duty in locating my refund when item was purchased from another location.

Great chair in store the lumbar support wasn’t great after about 2 months. Entire seat base came out about 4 months in. Returns are only 14 days from purchase.
