The only problem I had putting this together was with the casters. I couldn’t for the life of me get them all to stay on when rolling over uneven surfaces — so needless to say we haven’t. Otherwise love the chair & very easy to assemble!

Quick Delivery Easy to put together and very comfortable. I sit on it for about 10 to 12 hours a day while working from home during the COVID stay at home order. Worth every penny.
