I love the chair I picked out from the floor models. Good price good quality comfortable and functional. Only problem is the floor model had a mesh back and seat. When I went to pick the chair the one they assembled wasn't the same as the one I picked out. The floor model was old and the manufacturer changed styles and didn't offer the mesh seat. I wanted the mesh seat so the salesperson offered me the floor model. I reluctantly took the used chair (with no discount). I wish I would have known ahead of time because I may have kept looking. But being in a pinch I settled for the used instead of a new chair that wasn’t exactly what I wanted.
