It seems to be a comfortable chair. I only wish the levers underneath were not so far some are hard to reach for adjustments. I just bought this chair because my office has a few and they seem to last.

It's always a gamble when buying a chair in which you haven't sat. This chair is very good but I wish the seat were a little longer. It is comfortable and I like the mesh for both seat and back.
I like the light trim appearance and the good adjustable back support. The vinyl covering on my last chair started to break up on both arms and several places on the seat all about the same time- I'm hoping that mesh fabric on this chair will be longer lasting. The biggest drawback is in the assembly. The pictured instructions did not make clear how the seat attached to its frame and my best guess was wrong requiring reassembly. The tight-fitting screws require some strength. Additionally attaching the arms to the seat bottom was challenging- the best approach was to place the inverted seat on a piece of furniture where the arms could hang down over the edges while being screwed in place. The hardware was packaged in well-labeled packets. Prospective buyers who don't like challenges should consider the additional cost of having it assembled at the store. Preassembled I would give it a 5 star rating.
I'm an Office Manager/Bookkeeper who sits 5-6 hours/day. I had been having sciatica issues for years. Literally limping in and out of work daily. Once I changed to this chair which fits my petite stature; it made a difference within weeks. I no longer am suffering from sciatica and am so glad my employer let me choose this as a replacement. Love how the whole chair adjusts to fit "Me" perfectly. Only wish the lumbar area had additional settings for height and firmness. This chair has truly made a huge difference for me and I highly recommend.
