It is comfortable! The tall back reclines has adjustable arm rests and adjustable height of chair. Doesn't seem to roll well on my linoleum floor but that it pretty minor. Overall a great chair for the money!

This chair is great comfy and provides great back support. If I have to give any downside is that the arm rests are not cushy enough for me and did cause me some elbow pain. I ordered some memory foam for the arm rests.
