No clue how it does long term but being trapped working remote for the first time this seems only slightly less comfortable than my 400 chair that we had at the office I wanted something with good lumbar support and this seems to do it

The chair was delivered quickly even in these strange times! Setup took maybe 20 minutes and its very comfortable. The chair at it lowest point was about an inch too high for me so I gave it to my husband when our second different chair arrived. The second chair was slightly cheaper and the height works better for me but it is not as comfortable. I'm going to switch them when my husband isn't looking :)

The chair is very well designed - easy to put together and value at the price. The only comment is that the seat is very firm - if you are lacking in the self cushioning - you may want to find a seat with more padding.
