You really don't need to pay a ton for a chair. This one is made to fit your natural posture and provides support right where you need it. Firm but not hard. I have spinal stenosis and this the only chair that comes close to giving me all day comfort. It has a lumbar support that is adjustable so you can move it throughout the day. I was able to put it together easily and the directions we're easy.
