I purchased this chair because I wanted to replace my old one that had no arms. I love the ease with which you can adjust the height of the arms. It's also easy to adjust the chair height lumbar support and stiffness of the chair back. The chair was fairly easy to put together and they include all the parts with labels instructions with good pictures and an Allen/hex wrench.. At first I had a little trouble getting the casters to snap in but found that if I pinched the metal C-ring on the stem a little tighter with my finger and thumb first then they snapped in more easily. I like the mesh used for the chair as it's both comfortable and lets the air flow through to keep me cool.

Easy to assemble. (Do not force the castors though - tight). I appreciate the arm rest extension and height adjustment that allows me to work with my hands /arms at right angle so that I don’t fatigue my wrists. I have a high work desk. All win all a good purchase at the sale price for the home office.
