Chair seems good. Setup instructions could have been a bit more precise. Arm rests are a bit wobbly but after using them a few days it seems to be a good thing.

The seat is firm and comfortable. It has height adjustable lumbar support and armrests along with the usual seat height and tilt adjustments. It was quit easy to assemble.

The chair came with invalid directions for a different chair and incorrect hardware. Unfortunately I had to make a trip for misc. hardware to put together.
