It was easy to put together as long as you have 2 people to work together. I did it by myself until the very last part. It is comfortable and you can adjust the arms and height of the seat.

Well the chair is exactly what I ordered. I'm hoping it holds up for the 7 years its guaranteed for. They make a big deal about easy assembly but the new pictures are still vague and not exactly accurate. Tools were provided and they work but I just wish they would label the size of them so you can use better tools if you have them. Assembly took me about 90 minutes since I was having a really hard time deciphering the actual steps and I had to disassemble after the first step since I didn't attach the arms before inserting screws. Perhaps that's on me but they really weren't very good instructions. Chair itself is comfy and supportive.
