I was super surprised how comfortable this chair is. I have serious back pain and long periods of sitting can hurt however this chair does not make me hurt. It rolls smoothly and it easy to maneuver. I love this chair !!

The one we purchased had a couple of inadequately threaded screw holes and the mesh on the seat wasn't as tightly stretched as the one in the store on display. But it's a good chair for my family's computer and seems to be holding up pretty well.
