Set up easily with clear instructions. Seems to be made of quality materials. I am happy with the feel and function of the chair thus far including its lumbar support in particular. Staples had a better selection of chairs than its direct competitor that I checked including the availability of a mesh chair which I wanted.

The reason for ANY chair is comfort and support and this model has a reasonable amount of options for most sizes of people. My primary reason for buying THIS chair is the mesh base/seat as well as back. My workspace can get pretty "warm" at times so I wanted a chair as cool and breathable as possible for those times. So far it's working out well. I haven't done a direct "side by side comparison" to confirm how much cooler the fully mesh chair is vs. my older chair with similar features but a padded seat base (mesh back) but I am happy with this new chair so far.
