I "tested" it in the store and then purchased on-line it arrived the next day. Fairly straight-forward to assemble although some of the screws were pretty tight and it took some muscle to get them all the way in.

This chair has most of the features most people need to sit comfortably for a few hours. It has backboard tilt/tension control arm rest height adjustment seat height adjustment and an adjustable lower back support. My only complaint is that the arm rest pad location isn't adjustable but I could live with not having that feature. A seat cushion may be needed for people who use this chair for longer than a few hours; the fabric seat is good but offers less cushioning (though it is breathable).

I finally put the chair together yesterday after having received it a week ago. The instructions are pretty clear. Today is the first day I got to use the chair and I am really enjoying the back support especially the lower part that adjusts perfectly to my arch. It is going to make a difference at the end of the day since I was having back pain as a result of using the wrong chair. I also like that it's breathable.

I replaced my work chair at home since my one from 8 years was beyond dead. This chair is absolutely fantastic. I program many hours on it and it so comfortable. The only initial issue I had was with the setup of the chair. Three bolts that hold the back to the base were a little bit hard to get it. But that is no fault of the chair but of the installer (me). Your milage may vary. Overall great job and the price is good too!!!
