I like that the arm rests have a wide range of adjustability. There is less lower back support than I had hoped but given that I couldn't test it out before purchase it seems to have worked out pretty well.

My chair began creaking with an ungodly noise after the first week of use. By the 26th day of owning the chair the threading began to separate from the seat where it is woven into the side. It is no longer eligible for return as it has exceeded the 14-day mark but this is not a product I am happy with having paid nearly $200 for. I am currently waiting on the manager from the local store to call me back to see if anything can be done because setting a 14-day limit on products that will become defective just after that time frame is a scam.

It's been a week and I really like the chair. It's certainly not something fancy like you'd see in an executives office but it is comfortable and adjustable. The price was very reasonable which was a main attraction. It took about a 1/2 hour to assemble and all tools are included.
