I have been using my Kroy Mesh Task Chair for two weeks now and it is a welcome change over the one I replaced. I bought it because it is similar to the chair at my office which I do not have access to because of work at home orders. Assembly took about thirty minutes and was pretty straightforward. It is a firm chair roomy in that I don't feel squished and it has adequate lumbar support. In my opinion it could use more lumbar support as it doesn't have the same amount of adjustment as my office chair. Of course my company spent more on my office chair than I did on the Kroy Mesh Task Chair so you get what you pay for. All in all I am satisfied with its performance so far.

Light - the mesh seat and back rest moves nicely and breathes well. Without the useless padding and crappy bonded leather flaking off I can sit here with a fan blowing and stay cool throughout the day. Solid - even with the light mesh support the chair feels smooth and tight with its movement and support. Comfortable - just just a few size setting I found it easy to get that "like a glove" feel in minutes. Same cheap plastic double roller wheels you've seen on all office chains since 1989. Same wheels that have actually spawned an aftermarket of decent wheels for office chairs....yes aftermarket office chair wheels.

Removed the seat portion and used 1/4" heavy-duty staples to reinforce the mesh further to the seat plastic. Hopefully the mesh will not be coming up like many other reviewers had problems with (as did I). It is obvious that seat is not stapled enough from the assembly line. There were only two lines of staples. I stapled everywhere I possibly could. At least 3x more staples than it came with. Hopefully it will hold.
