The original chair was ordered in Baltimore Maryland to be sent to West Virginia. The wrong chair was delivered. Not by the salesman but by the warehouse. We then had to personally take it back to the store where they were able to give us the right chair. However now that I have the right chair it is really comfortable.

This is such a comfortable chair. My posture is so much better now when I'm at my desk. I sit straight and have tons of support. I've had back surgery also so having the adjustable lumbar support is great. It hugs your back. Worth the price.

I used this chair every day for working at home. The sign at the store said 8-10 hours per day. The mesh seat tore away from the edges and fortunately since it was so new I was able to return it. The chair was super comfortable so I was sad that it did not work out. I was able to purchase a different version of the same chair with a padded seat. I love it!
