1st a little advice -- if you and your back are going to make this purchase and live with it for years you might as well do it right. That means a little online research to understand the types of office chairs and features. Then--above all--go into a Staples w/ a good selection and actually sit in the chairs and play with ALL the adjustments. Don't forget to play with the recline tension knob which will make a big difference in your experience of the chair. (The knob can be hard to turn but go all the way both ways to feel the difference. It's "righty tighty lefty loosie.") Another very important issue is tilt lock. Many tilting chairs can be locked in a straight up position but not in a tilt position. This Kroy chair can be locked in any angle of tilt. This feature made the difference for me (together w/ overall versatility size and comfort) . The only problem is that when I lock the chair into my preferred tilt angle the minimum seat height is slightly too high for my body (5'10"). Not hard to fix with a small foot rest.

Both my husband and I use this chair at our home office desk. It's easy to maneuver in a small space easy to adjust to fit either one of us and we both find it comfortable to sit in. Love the mesh fabric because it's comfortable and it does not attract my cat to sit on it which means I do not have to clean it before sitting down! Yes!

The chair is comfortable for long hours on the computer. The all mesh sitting area though needs to be covered. I wish I had ordered chair with leather seat.

Gives the support my back needs!

After getting a massage for back pain my masseuse told me that I needed to replace my chair. So I went out and bought this chair and I'm so glad I did. My back is still getting use to it but I don't feel the tension anymore. I even had my boyfriend sit in it - who also has back pain - and he raved that it was a great feeling to have the back support! He will now get himself one. This chair is very easy to put together I set it up myself - all the screws come labeled according to the steps. The feature I love the most is the back piece that supports the arch of your back - you can move it as low or as high which is a really great feature for a variety of heights. If you have back problems or need support get this chair!
