Sturdy but light-weight and comfortable. Adjusts to higher-than-normal seat-height (which I prefer) comfortable arms / arm-height adjustable. Great lumbar support and adjustments as well as tilt adjustments.

We purchased two of these this year they are the most comfortable office chairs I've ever used. Completely adjustable to the users preferences. We plan to replace all our office chairs with this model over time. Highly recommended!!
